Great Miniature Turkey Figurine

This is a fu miniature male turkey (aka tom or gobbler ) figurine made by Meissen in the 20th century. Nicely modeled and hand painted as one would expect from the top maker! The figure is standing on a little base and is painted in mostly grey tones with brown feet and the red head to make it look really cute. The bird is painted all around so it can be sitting in the middle of the table and looks great from all angles! The piece is in perfect condition. It is marked underneath with the under glazed blue crossed swords mark as well as the usual impressed numbers and a painter's mark as shown. The piece is 2.625 inches tall, 1.875 inches wide and 1.625 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
