Goat w/ Spilled Milk Bowl Figurine

This is a great figurine made by Meissen in the 20th century. It was first modelled by Erich Hösel in 1904 and is of a goat standing on overturned blue floral pattern bowl that itself is marked with the crossed swords mark with the milk spilled out across the base. The goat is painted jsut a bit to make this one elegant figure and fun to look at. The figurine is in perfect condition and is marked underneath with the underglazed blue crossed swords mark as well as the usual impressed and incised marks as shown. The piece is 5.75 inches tall, 2.875 inches wide and 4.875 inches long. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $749
