Hexagonal Polychrome Floral Caddy

This is a superb hexagonal tea caddy with its lid made by Meissen in the 20th century. It has a superb shape to it and is painted with alternating panels of polychrome floral arrangements and single flowers plus a bit of gilding to the bottom edge and lid edge. Single flower to the top of the lid! I love this shape as it looks super elegants and it is based on an 18th century original off course! The teacaddy is in perfect condition which is always a plus! It is about 4.75 inches tall and has a diameter of 4 inches at the widest. The jar is marked underneath with the under glaze blue crossed swords as well as the usual impressed numbers, etc. as shown. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $499
