Large Turkey Figurine

This is the rare larger version of this male turkey (aka tom or gobbler ) figurine made by Meissen in the 20th century. Nicely modeled and hand painted as one would expect from the top maker! The figure is standing on a little base painted with some grass and is painted all around so it can be sitting in the middle of the table and look great from all angles! The piece is in perfect condition. It is marked underneath with the underglazed blue crossed swords mark as well as the usual impressed numbers and a painter's mark. The bird is 4 inches tall, 3 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
