Lotus Cup

This is a rare cup made by Meissen in about 1745. It is modeled in the shape of a lotus flower and handpainted very well with lots of detail in mostly puce with the handle being green. The handle is in the shape of a branch with leaves growing out of the top to both sides. Nice gold trim to the rim. It is in perfect condition. The cup is 2.5 inch tall and 2.75 inches in diameter. It is marked with the underglaze blue crossed swords mark underneath. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
