Marked Blue Onion Knife & Fork #1

This is a nice porcelain handled knife and fork set made by Meissen in the late 19th or early 20th century. They are both visible marked which is rather rare to see! Both porcelain handles are decorated with their famous under glaze blue onion ( Zwiebelmuster ) design. Each has the crossed swords mark on the end of the handle as shown. The fork is in great condition with jsut a bit of oxidation to the metal while the knife has a long hairline going down the handle from the ferrule end. It still is solid and still a nice example to have especially with the matching fork. The knife is about 8.125 inches long while the fork is about 7 inches long with the visible porcelain being about 3.125 inches long. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
