Polychrome Floral Trivet

This is a hard to find trivet / hotplate / teapot undertray made by Meissen in the 20th century. The plate is hand painted with a nice floral arrangement as well as a single flower and a gold butterfly. Simple gold trim to the slightly raised edge and a band around each foot. The piece is in superb condition with just a few use marks to the clear glaze. It displays perfectly! The underside is marked with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark, the typical impressed marks and a black painter's mark. The trivet is 1.125 inches tall and has a diameter of 5.875 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $299
