Raphael Angel Brooch

This is a really nice oval shaped pin or brooch made by Meissen in the late 19th or early 20th century. It is hand painted with an angel on a cloud which I do believe is after the famous painter Raphael. The quality is top notch which one would expect from Meissen. The porcelain plaque is framed in a 14 K frame which has a nice design to it highlighted in black. It is not marked but was tested as 14K. The porcelain is off course marked with the underglaze blue swords mark as well as a faint black number 10 as a painter's mark. The entire piece is in great condition with a tiny bit of wear and some of the black enamel on the gold frame's left side is missing but it doesn't take away from the piece. The entire piece is 1.25 inches wide by just under 1.625 inches tall. The thickness including the pin is about 0.375 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
