1750 Floral Cup & Saucer

This is a cup and saucer made by Meissen in about 1750. Both pieces are hand painted with three flowers still in the woodcut style but already influenced by the Deutsche Blumen style so right when the style was switching around 1750. There is also a flower painted on the inside bottom of the cup as well. Both pieces are in superb condition. The cup is 1.625 inch tall and 2.75 inches in diameter and has the number 17 impressed. The saucer is 1 inch tall and 4.75 inches in diameter and marked with an impressed 2. Both are marked with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as shown.
