Small Kitchen Hand Mixer

This is a nice little porcelain hand mixer with its wooden handle made by Meissen in the early 20th century (I think - might be late 19th century as well). These kitchen utensil type pieces that were actually made by Meissen are quite rare and hard to find. The piece is hand painted with a blue and white design either based on the famous Blue Onion design or the Strawflower design - hard to tell in this case since only small leaf details and a trim in under glaze blue were used. The white porcelain with the blue decoration and wooden handle combination looks really nice. The piece is in perfect condition. The porcelain head is 0.75 inches thick and 1.75 inches in diameter. The wooden part is 6.25 inches long. The porcelain is marked on the top with the underglaze crossed swords mark as shown. First quality off course. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $249
