Small Mouse Figurine

This is a super cute small mouse or rat figurine made by Meissen in the 20th century. It is one of the cutest miniatures they made in my opinion. Not easy to find since the tail is often broken due to obvious reasons! Nicely modeled and painted as one would expect from the top maker. The figurine is in perfect condition which is amazing given this skinny and long fragile tail! It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark as well as some impressed numbers (hard to see) as shown. The figure is 0.625 inches tall, 0.75 inches wide and 3.25 inches long (about half of which is the tail!). They also made an even smaller version of this piece though I ahve only ever seen that once.
