Scheurich Smoking Turk

This is a really fun figurine made by Meissen in the 20th century. It is a turk with a water pipe designed by the famous Paul Scheurich. One of those pieces that makes you smile everytime you look at it! A very well modeled and painted piece in need of a light cleaning :) The figurine is in perfect condition. He is 2.5 inches tall, 1.75 inches wide and 2 inches deep. The figure is marked with the underglaze crossed swords mark underneath the base as well as the usual impressed marks of the period.
