Floral & Yellow Ground Cane Handle

This is a cane or umbrella handle made by Meissen in the late 19th century or early 20th century. It is ball shaped and hand painted with a nice quality floral arrangement on white ground on top surrounded by a fancy gold trim with the rest of the piece having a pleasant yellow ground color to it with nice gilding surrounding the hole on the bottom. It is in perfect condition. It was probably never used or used very few times. The piece is marked on the inside hole where it usually would not be visible when attached to a cane or umbrella as shown. The handle is 1.5 inches in diameter and the inside diameter of the hole is a bit over 0.25 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $499
