Yellow Tiger Royalty Plate #2

This is a rare porcelain plate made by Meissen in 1900. It is hand painted with the superb yellow Tiger design made for the Saxon Royal Court . A very colorful design in the Kakiemon style with it covering the entire well with Kakiemon style flowers along the rim and a brown trim to the edge. This plate is in perfect condition with some spots of wear on the brown edge trim that is very minor. The dish is 1.25 inches tall and 8.25 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the underglaze blue crossed swords as well as the usual impressed numbers of the period and the black writing for the royal kitchen underneath - Koenigl.
