Lady Figurine

This is a figurine made by Mennecy in the 18th century. She is made of softpaste porcelain and thus has a creamy warm white color and the enamel colors look quite different from the usual hard paste figurine one sees much more often. She is wearing a dress that is painted nicely with flowers. Her top has a yellow ground color with dots on it. She is holding some berries in her hands and the base is painted to look like grass and rocks. The figurine is not marked which is pretty common on pieces this old. She is in good condition with the leaves in her hands being chipped and both arms have been restored well. The piece is 5.375 inches tall and 2.25 inches wide.
