Gentleman w/Rooster Figurine

This is a fun figurine most likely made by Mennecy and definitely in the 18th century. I have not found this exact piece but there are not many makers that made softpaste of good quality and the style of this piece leads me to Mennecy with little doubt if any. The figurine is made of soft paste porcelain and is of a gentleman holding a rooster. A very well modeled piece with him wearing a hat and a nice jacket. Lots of little details like bows on the hat, on the sides of the leg and the one shoe (the other shoe likely had one as well but it looks to have come off during the making as it is glazed over in that spot). A floral garland around his right leg not sure what that is about and a flower between his feet on the base. Left in the white which was more sought after back then and more expensive as well as the flaws could not be hidden by paint. The figure is in great condition with damage to the item he is holding in his left hand. The top is fine as it is glazed over but the bottom seems to have broken off. No idea what it might be! Damage to the bows on his pant legs with one being mostly gone and the other one mostly fine. As I mentioned before the one shoe is missing the bow and the little flowers on the garland around his leg have some minor damage but nothing obvious. A firing crack on the jacket on his backside. Could use a little cleaning :) All in all a great piece in very good condition considering the age and that is it softpaste! The piece is not marked though there might be writing underneath which I cannot make out or I might just be imagining things. The figurine is 6.5 inches tall, 2.25 inches wide and 2.25 inches deep.
