Gentleman

This is a figurine of a gentleman holding a basket of flowers made by Niderviller around 1800. Again a very typical base for this time period - a grassy base with a rock and a tree stump in back. The piece is made of one solid piece of porcelain without an airhole. He is in good condition for his age with a very well done restoration to part of his hat, neck and left side of his face but the head was never off. Also some damage to the bows on his pant leg bottoms. Marked to the back with the raised word Niderville on a white rectangle. He is 5 inches tall, 2 inches wide and 2.25 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $499
