Three Scenic Medallions Plate

This is a superb plate made by Niderviller around in the late 18th century. It is handpainted with a three superb oval scenes in the center of landscapes - one in polychrome , one in puce and one in black. Three bugs are handpainted on the rim and the medallions as well as the rim of the plate have the blue and gold trim that make this plate look very much like Sevres of the time which was probably the point! The plate is marked with the double C mark as well as an incised letter S. It is 1.5 inches tall and 9.75 inches in diameter. The plate is in great condition with a little wear but nothing bad at all. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
