Lady w/ Sheep Figurine

This is a figurine of a lady made by Nymphenburg around the mid 19th century. A really rare early piece - in fact I cannot find another one like her anywhere not even in my books which are rather complete. The lady is wearing a wreath of leaves and berries or flwoers on her head, a long flowy Greek type pink dress with purple flowers to it. She is holding a sheath of wheat in one hand and a lamb or sheep in the other and standing on a marbled base. Not sure if she is meant to represent a goddess or a season!? A nicely modeled piece and hand painted perfectly. A really nice looking figure She is marked with the impressed shield mark to the underside as well as ancised Roman numeral III as shown. The figure is 6.25 inches tall, 2.625 inches wide and 1.75 inches deep. She is in great condition with a chip to one of the sheep's ears. The figurine displays perfectly! Please email me for more information or other pictures.
