Fancy Figural Creamer

This is a superb fancy figural creamer made by Nymphenburg in the late 19th century. I have never seen anything like it by them nor can I find any reference to it in all my books! I am fairly sure it would have to be an 18th century original model but I cannot find it anywhere. It is modeled as a head which forms the opening with the handpainted face in the front, the hands are holding up a fish which forms the spout with the mouth being the opening. The handle is made up of a goat legged lady on top with a man bust underneath her. The foot of the creamer looks like a shell with feet sticking out the front. A complete overload of thigns going on in this peice with some nice handpainted details. Amazingly the piece is in perfect condition! The pot is marked underneath on the rim with the impressed shield mark with a star on top as well as the number 597 impressed. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
