Hunter Riding Horse w/Dogs Figurine

This is a figure of a huntsman riding his horse with his hunting dogs running besides them. The figure was made by Nymphenburg in the earlier 20th century - 1929 to be exact. So almost a true antique! This is a model from the hunting series originally designed by modeled by Carl Gottlieb Lück for Frankenthal in the 1760s. The 18th century pieces are amazing but also impossible to find. They come in three different colors - red, green and yellow as is the case with this figurine. The hunter here is nicely dressed in a typical outfit. He is riding his white horse and has a bag slung over his shoulder. Two dogs are next to him on the base as if running. The dogs have large mottled black spots all over. The figures are standing on a typical base with gilded scrolls all around. A tree stump is supporting the horse. The figurine is 7.25 inches tall, 4 inches wide and 6.25 inches long. Marked with the impressed shield mark underneath as well as the impressed numbers 1066 over 2 and the blue monogram CT for it being a Frankenthal model originally with the year mark 1929 under that. The figurine is in great condition with the reigns from his hand to the horse's mouth piece missing on the backside. A piece of strap from the bag over his shoulder across his belly is missing as well. Invisible when on display from the front. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
