Floral Vase

This is a fun vase made by Nymphenburg in the late 19th century. Very much in the Art Nouveau style of the period with lots of relief detail highlighted by gilding and two floral scenes - one on the front and one on the back. A really nice piece though the top rim makes me believe it might have had a lid - I am not sure on that at all though! The vase is 7 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide and 4 inches deep. It is in great condition with a little wear to the gilding. The piece is marked underneath with the underglaze blue shield mark under a crown as well as a red retailer's mark and incised numbers. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $249
