Scenic Cup & Saucer w/ Restored Handle

For sale is a nice looking cup and saucer made by one of the Paris makers around 1800. The saucer has a nicely painted landscape scene all around with a gold design in the center and an "evil eye" gold trim along the rim. The cup has a superbly hand painted scene all around including four people, a building and a nice landscape surrounding with the same gold trim to the top rim, the handle and the bottom edge. The scenes are of a good quality and it being all around makes it a very decorative piece! The set is in good condition and displays perfecly but the handle of the cup has been restored to a high standard. The set is unmarked except for an incised script letter which is common for Paris makers around that time. The cup is 2.5 inches tall and 2.5 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and 5.125 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
