Single Cup with 3 Feet

This is a fun little cup made by one of the Paris makers around the early 19th century. It is nicely hand painted with a flower and leaf garland design all around the top in green , puce and gold with the bottom half having an orange ground color to it with two thin green trim lines. Lots of gilding to the rest of the piece which is quite typical of the pieces from this area. My favorite part is that is sits on top of three lion claw feet covered in gilding. Nice handle shape as well. Perfect for your afternoon tea or whatever other drink you might prefer. The piece is not marked underneath but that is common for Paris pieces of this time period. The cup is 3.5 inches tall including the handle and has a diameter of 2.875 inches. It is in superb condition and displays perfectly. Just some very minor use marks to the gilding but it is as nice as they get really. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
