Orange Scenic Cup & Saucer #1

This is a cup and saucer made by one of the Paris makers around 1800. The set is superbly decorated with an orange handpainted scene of two men in a landscape background on both the cup and the saucer. The scenes are of good quality and the gold trim to the rims makes it that much nicer. Both pieces are in great condition with a tiny bit of wear to the scene of the saucer. The set is unmarked except for an incised c on the saucer and an incised line on the cup but that is common for Paris makers around that time. The cup is 2.375 inches tall and 2.5 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
