Prague Nude Lady Figurine

This is a rare figurine made by Prague in about 1840. It is of a nude lady kneeling on a nice base with one arm leaning on a tree stump (I think) and the other arm raised with her hand touching her head. A very well modeled figure left in the white to show off all the detail. The base has a lot of detail to it and is glazed except for the scroll work around the edge which is unglazed while the figurine itself has a different texture to it and seems to be unglazed or some sort of thin different glaze. Not sure as the texture is different from the usual Parian or bscuit pieces. The figurine is in great condition with a small firing crack to the right shoulder and another one to her wrist of the lower hand. I think there used to be a bit of gold trim around the base but it is almost entirely worn off now! A very rare figurine by a rare smaller maker and it is stunning! The figure is marked underneath with the impressed Prag mark as shown. The piece is 5.25 inches tall and the base is 5.25 inches wide by 3.375 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures. Prag
