Rosenthal Secunda Grey Coffee Pot

This is a porcelain coffee pot made by Rosenthal during the mid to later 20th century . The green mark was used in 1957 but that doesn't make sense since the studio line was not used until the 1960s and as far as I know the gold mark was not used to even after that. I'd date the piece the the late 1970s. Either way this form was designed by Raymond Loewy in the mid 20th century and is known as Form 2000 Secunda Grau (grey). A very mid century modern design! Great shape and the grey main body with the white spout and handle and white lid make it look very elegant. The pot and lid are in perfect condition. The bottom of the coffee pot is marked with the green Rosenthal with Germany under it mark that should date to 1957, B-Grau and the gold S studio line mark as shown. The pot with its lid in place is 9 inches tall, 8 inches from spout tip to handle and 4.5 inches in diameter at the bottom. I have most of the rest of the set but the creamer is damaged so you'd have to get that somewhere else. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $99
