Boy with Pet Figurine

This is a cute little figurine of a boy holding his pet in his arms made by Royal Vienna around 1750. The figure is hand painted very well and typical of Vienna from this period. The boy and his pet are on a green base with molded flowers to it. I am not toatally sure what the pet is but it looks more like a cat to me rather than a dog though I could be wrong. The piece is in superb condition with the smallest of damage to the tip of the tail that is coming through her legs on over the right foot. About as nice as they come from this early period. The figure is 3.125 inches tall, 3 inches wide and 2 inches deep. Marked underneath the base with the blue shield mark as well as a an imrpessed letter i I believe though it is hard to make out.
