Schney / Schlaggenwald Scenic Saucer

This is a superb scenic saucer made by either Schney or Schlaggenwald in the early 19th century. The saucer is hand painted with a nice scene filling the entire center including some buildings, a tree trunk as well as a little fountain with mountains in the background. Nice gold trim along the edge and the name Anna R. V. Neuberg likely some noble lady who this piece was made for. The piece is in great condition with a chip to the outside edge of the rim that was repaired as shown and a stair glaze line to the udnerside which I cannot see from the top. Tiny bit of gold wear to the very edge but the piece displays perfectly! The saucer is marked with the under glaze blue script S mark as shown. It is 1.125 inches tall and 5.25 inches in diameter. Price is $149
