Cobalt, Gold & Platinum Saucer

This is a really nice saucer made by Sevres in 1836. The piece is decorated with their famous deep cobalt blue ground color with a gold and platinum colored design over that along the rim and in the center. it's a really stunning looking piece. Only problem is that I do not have the matching cup :( A bit of gold trim along the outside of the base - always a sure sign of top quiality! The saucer is in perfect condition which is always a plus. It is marked underneath with the blue interlaced LP mark with the year 1836 though it's a bit hard to see, some painters marks in green as well as the usual incised marks that authentic Sevres porcelain from this period should have. The saucer is 0.875 inches tall and 4.875 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $299
