Spode Plate

This is plate or shallow bowl made by Spode around 1800. It is handpainted with an interesting pattern probably derived from an Asian design but I have never seen it before. The dish is in great display condition but was restored and I believe it was broken in half at one point and amazingly well fixed up so one cannot tell by just looking at it. Some wear to the gold trim on the rim as well. It is unmarked which is common but I do have the sugar dish and teapot tray from the same set that are both marked with the impressed Spode mark in capital letters that are all the same size. The piece is 1.375 inches tall and 7.5 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $39
