Spode Teapot Stand

This is a teapot stand made by Spode around 1800. It is handpainted with an interesting pattern probably derived from an Asian design but I have never seen it before. The piece in good condition but has some crazing, wear and a little staining on the rim as well. A great example of a very rare pattern by one of the better makers! The stand is marked with the impressed Spode mark in capital letters that are all the same size on the bottom rim. The tray is 0.75 inches tall, 8.125 inches wide and 6.5 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $69
