Knife & Fork #1

This is a knife and a fork set each with a porcelain handle likely made in France and definitely in the early to mid 18th century. Each handle is hand painted with an underglaze blue design reminiscent of St. Cloud but the paste is different from all my other knives and forks as is the color of the blue so I am unsure of the exact maker. The metal parts are original to the piece and date around 1740. The shape is French or early German but then only Meissen would be a possibility and I highly doubt that. Maybe someone out there knows this design and can help :) The collar between the handle and the tines looks to be Silver which is the norm. The two pieces are in great condition with oxidation to the metal parts as shown. The fork has a tiny flake off the porcelain end by the collar but that looks to be original to the making. The blade / tines are steel. The metal goes all the way through the porcelain handle as shown. The fork is 7 inches long and the porcelain part of that is 2.75 inches long and about 0.75 inches in diameter. The knife is 7.875 inches long and the porcelain part of that is 2.75 inches long and about 0.75 inches in diameter. Neither piece has any markings on it.
