Sepia Scenic Saucer

This is a saucer made in the Thuringia region in the later 18th century. Not sure as to the exact maker but possibly Gera or one of the smaller makers. This saucer is in the classicism style and has a handpainted ruin type scene of an urn in a landscape surrounding in sepia colors on the inside of the saucer. Nice gold trim and three gold sprigs around the rim. The piece is in great condition with just a touch of wear. The saucer is not marked underneath which is not unheard of but makes it very ahrd to ID the exact maker! The saucer is 5 inches in diameter and 1.125 inches tall. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $149
