Blue Scale Floral Tray

This is a large serving tray made by Royal Vienna in 1819 (could be 1814 - hard to read the last number!). It is handpainted with a great blue scale trim all around as well as a large floral arrangement in the center with small flowers all around it. Noce gold trim around center and edge. Quite the fancy tray! It is in great condition with just a touch of wear but amazing for the age for sure! The tray is 1.25 inches tall, 16.25 inches wide and 13.25 inches deep. It is marked with the impressed year code 819 (or possibly 814), an incised W, an impressed letter P and a faint 25. or 23. as a painters mark. No blue shield to be found but that is not uncommon on trays. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $999
