Charger

This is a large bowl or charger made by Royal Vienna in 1821. It is handpainted with a nice blue and gold design to the rim and lots of small flowers all around with a main floral arrangement in the center. The plate is in great condition with some small spots of wear to the higher points in the paste since the paste was not perfectly smooth then yet. No wear to the flowers at all. A bit to the gold trim which was painted on top of the blue. A few spots where both colors are missing on the rim bowl interface. The serving dish is 13.5 inches in diameter and 1.875 inches tall. Marked underneath with the underglaze blue shield mark as well as the number 821 impressed. Also the number 3 impressed and A / 90 in puce. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $399
