Footed Cup & Saucer

This is a cup and saucer made by Royal Vienna in 1811. Both are handpainted with large very detailed flowers - one on the saucer and two on the cup as well as a fancy gold trim. The cup handle is in the shape of a swans neck and head and the cup rests on three lion feet. The saucer is in super condition but sadly the cup handle has broken off but I had it restored and it looks nice again. Also two of the feet have a small chip each which I had also fixed. The cup is 3 inches tall and 2.875 inches in diameter. The saucer is 0.875 inches tall and 6 inches in diameter. Both are marked with the underglaze blue shield mark. The saucer also has an impressed number 811 (year mark), 60 and 25 as well as a puce 86. The cup has an impressed number 50 and 811 (year mark again) as well as a puce 86. The 86 is a painters mark and stands for Joseph Hinterberger. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $999
