Floral Cup & Saucer

This is a cup and saucer made by Royal Vienna in the 18th century. Probably done earlier on, before they started using the impressed numbering system which explains why the floral painting is so much nicer than later examples. It is handpainted with lots of very well done flowers and their typical gold trim. The cup handle is in the shape of branches ending in leaves. Both the cup and saucer are in super condition with almost no wear. The cup is 2.125 inches tall and 2.875 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1.25 inches tall and 5.5 inches in diameter. Both are marked with the underglaze blue shield mark. The saucer also has an incised 15 and a puce 95 while the cup has an incised 17. Please email me for more information or photos.
