Large Floral Coffee Pot

This is a great coffee pot made by Royal Vienna in the 18th century before they used their date code system - so before 1783. The pot is hand painted with a nice floral arrangement to each side as well as a single small flower near the handle and spout. The rim of the main body also has a single flower to either side and the lid has three. A nice gold trim to the top edge of the main body, lid edge as well as the spout and handle plus a nice design to the finial of the lid. The pot is in great condition with just some minor chipping to the spout tip as shown gilded over to hide them better. Two black firing spots on the white ground. The gilding is in superb condition! The pot is 7.125 inches tall including the lid, 5.75 inches from handle to spout end and about 4 inches in diameter. The bottom is marked with the under glaze beehive / shield mark as well as an incised number 2 and a painter's number 36 which is for Michael Schulz I believe. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $399
