Angel Figurine

This is a great figurine made by Vincennes / Sevres in about 1754. It is made of biscuit porcelain (unglazed porcelain) and is of an angel / cherub sitting on a rocky base holding some fruit in his hands. A superbly modeled figure with lots of details to it and it being unglazed those details are really superb. The figurine is in great condition with some minor damage to stems / leaves of the fruit and the usual firing flaws. Displays perfectly! The figure is marked to the back of the base with the interlocking double L mark as well as the letter B inside and A below it. The figurine is 5.625 inches tall, 3.25 inches wide and 4 inches deep.
